Angela has been careful to select professional and dedicated office staff and very importantly, those with firsthand childcare experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience or the necessary qualifications in order to register with the agency. All candidates are interviewed in person and their references, ID and qualifications are thoroughly checked. This is time consuming but it is the only way they can be sure that their clients are offered the best staff available to match their individual needs.
