Babysitting services included in the list are either part of nanny agencies who have passed the Best Bear test or are Babysitting Companies who have verified to us in a signed letter that they operate face to face interviews with babysitters and demand two references. There are guidelines on safely employing babysitters in the info link but please be vigilant as it is just as important as any other area of childcare. They find out as much as they can about their childcare back ground, personality and what kind of job they are really looking for. All nannies have either a childcare qualification or at least two years working with children, a CRB in the last 2 years, two or more references and an up to date first aid. Nannies Today only send candidates that match the exact criteria of the family so when looking for a childcarer though them you will have an enjoyable experience with the minimum of fuss. Its a small fresh agency which Verity would like to keep that way.
