Freedom Childcare Freedom Childcare: Fran Cooper a mother of 3, started this agency 5 years ago after moving to the Isle of Wight. She was frustrated by the lack of accessable, flexible and quality childcare available and wanted to offer her clients a very friendly service which develope into long term relationships. Freedom are currently undergoing the process of ensuring all their staff fulfil the registration requirements for the home careers scheme- (enabling their clients to claim costs back against family tax credit). All staff without a recognised qualification will be asked to attend a 16 hour Introduction to Childcare Practice Course. Similarly a First Aid certificate is also required. All staff are fully insured by the agencies robust insurance, have terms and conditions of employment and must work within strict policies and procedures. Freedom Childcare hold fantastic After School and Holiday Clubs as well as the usual childcare options.
