Voice Professional Nanny of the Year 2010.
Entries are now being sought for the Voice Professional Nanny of the Year 2010.
Employers may nominate their current / previous nanny or, unlike previous years, nannies can submit their own applications.
To qualify, nannies must:
> hold a current childcare / early years qualification Level 3 or above
> have a minimum 2 years relevant childcare experience and currently be working as a nanny
> have a current full enhanced CRB Disclosure check
> have an up-to-date Paediatric First Aid Certificate
> submit contact details of two suitable referees (one must be the current employer / employer nominating)
> submit a short (500 word maximum) summary of a typical working day along with a career history / CV.
Once applications are received and verified (references confirmed), applicants will be shortlisted by a panel of childcare / early years professionals. Nannies shortlisted will be invited to attend for interview on Friday 10th September 2010 at The Chiltern College, Reading. The winner will be announced at the Professional Nanny Conference held at The Chiltern College on Saturday 18th September.
